Very grateful to have found them... The rooms are of varying sizes depending on your budget...my mom is in a deluxe studio which is perfect for her. She is well taken care of by a loving and professional staff of whom many have been there for many years.
The loop is just a mile and a half from my house and this is the main reason why I am placing my mom in this nursing home. It is very near and I can go visit anytime I want. The staff were very accommodating in showing me around. This place is the best place where I can put my mother. If they don't have a private room by the time I move her, then we'd be happy with a semi-private room.
ResCare HomeCare - Winter Park
They have a small gym, a library, and a movie room. It's a little expensive, but it's worth the money. He can get your loved one a wrist band that locks the door, so they can't leave the facility, and they have a bigger area to roam. Caring.com is a leading online destination for caregivers seeking information and support as they care for aging parents, spouses, and other loved ones.

Because of these duplicitous actions by the administration, I strongly advise thinking twice about signing up with them. Before you sign the contract and start paying, they are very nice and accommodating, but their true nature reveals itself once they have your money. The facility provided around the clock nursing service, 3 meals per day, and had activities for the residents to take part in. There was also a small courtyard located in the center of the facility. If my grandfather was not there as often as he was, I cannot say that the level of service provided would have been as good.
CONSULATE HEALTH CARE OF KISSIMMEE
Hunters Creek Nursing And Rehab Center is a nursing home located in Orlando that offers nursing home care. Special care beds for patients with Alzheimer's are available. Spring Hills Hunters Creek was a nice place. However, one of the things that hit me was the cost. It was $3,000 for just one person to live there.
More stars mean better quality of care. This is somewhat understandable, but the manner in which it was carried out was not. The administration at Spring Hill has very poor customer service; no one ever returns phone calls or seems to listen to voice mail messages. They seem to care more about their bottom line than their residents. The support staff, who actually takes care of the residents day to day, was, for the most part, excellent and very helpful.
Hunters Creek Nursing and Rehab Center
Out of the ones we have visited, we thought that Spring Hills Hunters Creek was not super modern, but it had felt homey. The rooms that we looked at were extremely large, and the staff was just unbelievably nice. I think the hospitality of every single person there were just over the top friendly. The sales manager is just over the top, and they did a great job with following up and taking care of anything we have needed. We have been there a couple of times, and the food was actually pretty good. They said they do not add any salt, but just because they do not add any salt, it does not mean it’s not loaded with salt.

I wish to extend my gratitude to everyone at Hunters Creek Nursing & Rehab Center in Orlando, Florida for maintaining such a wonderful environment for my mother. Everyone has been wonderful in providing great assistance for the transition to the facility and supporting all our process and document needs. They have been readily available for all questions we have and the updates on my mother’s health have been exemplary. I have been working with a relative, who is a retired Head Nurse, County Nurse along with being a seasoned Professor of Nursing. My assessment of services provided has been a cumulative group assessment, which exceeds all expectations. We are very grateful for the Pandemic rules that are being enforced for the best care possible.
There are driving issues in our family that just makes things too far away. They were too expensive for my mom’s budget, but they were nice. They weren’t quite as homey as some of the others we visited, but they weren’t the hospital type or anything like that. Everybody was very pleasant, and the food was good. We only looked at one room, and it was kind of a standard studio -- which was rather small -- and my mom wanted something larger than a studio. But then, she couldn’t afford the studio, so this was kind of out for us.
(this may include both short and long-term care visits). I am very pleased with Spring Hills Hunters Creek. They provide great support and compassion. We enjoy visiting with one another in our beautiful bistro where we always have cup of coffee. I never had so much love in my life. We visited Spring Hills, and for our purposes, they were too far away.
Unfortunately, I need FT respiratory and they are the best here. My Mom was never shown a call button or had a TV to watch, She called for Nurses & no one came to see Her. They served Her salty broth, which she would not eat. She asked for the Ensure I brought for Her to the facility & they said it wasn’t aloud because of Her diet & they never brought Her anything else to eat.
The room had a bedroom, a single bed, dresser, a very nice bath area, a walk-in shower, and a seat in the shower. It was very nice, very well cared for, well-staffed, and had everything that we wanted. I went to Spring Hills Hunters Creek and they were wonderful. They showed me three different apartment rooms, and they showed me the whole facility. They didn't have a swimming pool, which was one thing, but they were wonderful.
They have 116 beds and a daily average of 99.7 residents . Hunters Creek Nursing And Rehab Center participates in Medicare and Medicaid and are classified as a For profit - Corporation ownership. They are not located inside a hospital.
My sister and I are looking for a new home for our mother. A resident went above and beyond sharing their two-bedroom home with us. The community is clean and beautiful. Everything seemed to be nice at Spring Hills.
I was pleased by it, and the rehab was second to none. I would give the director of the rehab a double five stars. It was a really large community and was nicely done. The amenities, buildings and rooms were really nice.
