They have a small gym, a library, and a movie room. It's a little expensive, but it's worth the money. He can get your loved one a wrist band that locks the door, so they can't leave the facility, and they have a bigger area to roam. Caring.com is a leading online destination for caregivers seeking information and support as they care for aging parents, spouses, and other loved ones.

Though a young community, our convenient location allows us to boost numerous amenities for all ages. My CNA, Maggie is wonderful as well as all the staff. This is my home and will always be. It is the best home I've ever lived in including the home that I called home before coming here.

Give more details to improve the helpfulness of your review. My wife is in Hunter Creek Nursing and Rehab Center. We chose this because it is about 5 minutes from my house. My Mother stayed there due to her falling and not being able to walk.

They also got a courtyard, and a chapel, and they have religious service on Sundays. It is really close to a shopping center and close to the hospitals. Hunter's Creek Nursing and Rehab is horrible. They were recommended by some nurses in the hospital when I was in Kissimmee and they had high ratings for this facility.

I think I could have been happy there, but then the other place just blew me away. I would recommend Spring Hills too, it looked like it would be a great place to live. Spring Hills Hunters Creek had a lot of activities and on-site facilities, such as nurses, a beauty parlor, dining areas, common areas, banking, and mail center.

She was very nice, and we had a long talk with her. It came with housekeeping, and they do your laundry. Dad said it was pretty nice, but he's not ready.

My daughter is there with a brain injury. I am there 4 days a week to see my daughter and make sure she is ok. She is totally immobile and requires complete care. Yes the facility looks better than the norm. If they would spend more money on up to date equipment for the patients than on the décor for the facility, it would be a much better place. The administration is only there for the money.
There are driving issues in our family that just makes things too far away. They were too expensive for my mom’s budget, but they were nice. They weren’t quite as homey as some of the others we visited, but they weren’t the hospital type or anything like that. Everybody was very pleasant, and the food was good. We only looked at one room, and it was kind of a standard studio -- which was rather small -- and my mom wanted something larger than a studio. But then, she couldn’t afford the studio, so this was kind of out for us.
My sister and I are looking for a new home for our mother. A resident went above and beyond sharing their two-bedroom home with us. The community is clean and beautiful. Everything seemed to be nice at Spring Hills.

I saw the menu as well, and it had a nice variety too. They had several areas for activities and viewing videos, and those were very nice. I've been to Spring Hills, and I found it to be very pretty -- a very nice place to go. I've seen the rooms and older people having lunch all together in the dining room. I found out that my personal doctor was one of the doctors that were available in cases of emergency.
Had she fallen, been in pain or having a heart attack, no one would have known. She waited three hours after using the call button for someone to turn her. She had blood on her face and hands for three days until I cleaned her, not to mention a dirty oxygen cannula. The CNA’s don’t talk with the patients, they just get in and get out.
The staff member was really patient and really knowledgeable about the service, and the way that they take care of the residents. There are sections that can be more tiled and carpeted because the carpet could get worn. They've got a salon for the ladies and a playroom for everyone.
(Supplemental Insurance / Medicare Advantage Plans, single or double rooms, etc). I feel that my grandmother is glad to because she knows she needs help and it is not safe for her to be by herself. The facility has nice rooms with private bath and showers. They have thier own thermostat in the room so she can adjust the temperature to how she wants it. They have safety buttons in the room for her in case she needs help and is checked on quite often. There are many other people her age that she enjoys talkig to at dinner time.
